Ignoring the fact you can jump from a motorcycle onto a fighter jet, Grand Theft Auto V, at least in terms of pure visuals, is about as realistic as gaming gets. And now, thanks to one epic video, this is more abundantly clear than ever.
YouTube prodigies CorridorDigital have recreated the blockbuster game in real life, visiting the Los Angeles landmarks which inspired some of Rockstar’s Los Santos location and throwing in a few flourishes of digital CGI for good measure, going lavishly all-out in pursuit of replicating the normally game-based antics.
Tailing the lead character - Gallagher brother swagger and all - the action sees him carjack, selfie-snap, cycle and shoot his way around the city in a series of different missions, just like you'd get up to in the game. In fact, it's testament to how cleverly shot it all is that you might even think you're playing it.
Don't get any ideas mind.
