It's a Tuesday, which means there must be a new Assassin's Creed game to announce...
Following the mixed success of 2014's Assassin's Creed: Unity, this year's cloaked offering from Ubisoft is Syndicate - and this one's only for the next-gen consoles (and PC, obviously).
Set in London in 1868, players take control of Jacob Frye at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution - which means there's cogs, steam, and a Victorian working-class crying out for justice. It's a case of "running up the apples and pairs to stick a whatsit in the eye of the scroobius villain, eh"? Quite.
Take a look at the stealthy new trailer below to see the most interesting Assassin's concept to date.
Assassin's Creed: Syndicate will arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on 23 October.
