Every Don Draper client ever

There's no doubt that if you want to get your company known, there's only one place to go: Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, in Manhattan NY.

But just how many businesses have benefited from the midas touch of these guys over the seven seasons of the hit show Mad Men? Walt Hickey of FiveThirtyEight decided to find out, and has compiled this comprehensive list of all the clients that Don Draper has worked for during the course of the program.

There's 83 in total: 10% were invented for the show, 77% are real and still in business and 13% of them have been phased out, sold, gone bankrupt or simply folded. So you'd have to say you're in with a good shot of continued success if you sign up with Don and the gang.

Take a look at the full list below.

He started out life as a movie writer for numerous (now defunct) magazines and soon found himself online - editing a gaggle of gadget sites, including TechRadar, Digital Camera World and Tom's Guide UK. At Shortlist you'll find him mostly writing about movies and tech, so no change there then.
