Common questions just before taking photos of the house you want to sell: have you cleaned? Is all the rubbish away? Are there some flowers to make it look nice? Is it bright and welcoming? Have you cleared away the cannabis manufacturing equipment?
Standard stuff, we think you'll agree - yet one Bristol homeowner neglected to follow them, when the estate agents Besley Hill took photographs, in order to list the property on the popular website Rightmove.
The second room of the house was shown full of plant pots, ventilation pipes, cooling fans, cabling for heaters and lights and soil.
Naturally, it was quickly noticed and spread over social media before Rightmove and Besley Hill pulled the pictures: the house was subsequently raided by police, who dismantled and confiscated the equipment but did not make any arrests.
Still, at least they didn't photograph the meth lab in the basement - every cloud eh?
