Amazon Prime Day has started in earnest, and there are some cracking deals to be had. And if you’re a gamer it’s your lucky day – there are TONNES of games related Prime deals today.
One of our picks is this PlayStation 4 headset, reduced to £49.99 from £68.98. Made by Sony itself, the headset was specifically designed to give you the best possible gaming experience.
The headphones boast 7.1 Virtual Surround Sound – meaning you can hear everything from sly enemy approach to big scale explosion in high definition.
They also have various different modes, with games developers designing a series of different presets to ensure that your audio experience is just as thrilling as the gaming one. You might groan at the idea of downloading yet more things, but if you’ve not got phone fatigue yet, these headphones come with a companion app to help you pick the best mode for you.
The headphones really shine when it comes to chatting, though. Conventional headphones might, in some cases, have higher quality sound. But these are specifically optimised for in-game chat, with in-built microphone controls meaning you can be as loud or quiet as you like whilst you play your favourite co-operative game.
And if that wasn’t enough, they’re also designed to fit comfortably over a PlayStation VR set.
There’s also a white version, if you’d prefer – but unfortunately that hasn’t hit the sales yet, so you’d have to shell out a full £83 on them. But keep an eye out – new deals will be added to the site over the next few days, so you could be in luck.
