Sherlock meets the Doctor in superb mashup

Batman vs Superman. Alien vs Predator. That time Godzilla showed up in the Marvel comics. Fictional crossovers are numerous and largely disappointing, but thanks to the editing wizardry of John Smith, apparent fan of all things BBC, we've struck upon a mashup we're fully behind.

In this carefully crafted short Wholock, Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock finds himself obsessing over the mysterious traveller known only as the Doctor.

Inspired by the Doctor's forthcoming Christmas special and the return of Sherlock in the New Year, this is a fictional muddle easily worthy of its own hour-long special.
