Did ITV use videogame footage as an IRA video?

ira video.png

While the enhanced reality of modern video games has led to a greater overall experience, it's also provided a rather confusing blur between fact and fiction.

So while crashing cars and thumping strangers on GTA might be more realistic than ever, we've also been given a peek into what it's actually like in a warzone.

Seems as if someone from ITV might have got a little bit caught up on the lifelike graphics as this footage may or may not show. Last night's documentary Exposure - Gaddafi and the IRA (yes ITV do documentaries) used a clip that looks suspiciously like a scene from Arna 2 and claimed it to be a real IRA video from the late 80s.

What do you think? Videogame or not?

This would have never happened with a SNES game.
