20 popular movies illustrated as vintage trading cards

Remember back in the day, the trading cards that came with gum? Us too, the gum was usually bloody awful.

But the trading cards on the other hand, are basically works of art now. That’s the inspiration for this batch of work from artist Zack Wallenfang, complete with send-in competitions for movie merchandise.

Bright colours and pop art style illustrations of classic film characters (and TV characters) are the dish of the day here and we can't wish these were real enough.
