Who said it: Kanye West or David Brent?

Kanyequiz.jpg

Kanye West is not a subtle man.

Whether its the proportions of his latest Adidas trainer, or the scale of his Glastonbury lighting rig, everything West puts his name to is designed to gain maximum attention. Even his carefree comments carry a weight of grandiose importance.

You don't have to take our word for it: a newly published ebook, The World According to Kanye, contains over 200 virtual pages of quotes, musings and observations from the artist-turned-philosopher. It's the sort of misunderstood grandstanding that we're only used to hearing from fictional creations - like David Brent.

To illustrate the scale of the extravagant insights offered by these two megalomaniacs, we've compiled a list of quotes from Brent's Office appearances and West's new book. Your task - work out who uttered the eyebrow-shifting quote.

It's harder than it sounds.
