Keys and Gray hired by TalkSport

rexfeatures_1276672a.jpg

After their sexist remarks cooked up an almighty storm last month, it seemed as though Richard Keys and Andy Gray would be resigned to a future of ridicule and probably TV commercials for some betting website.

But today it was announced that the two would be joining TalkSport to present a new daytime show which would begin on Monday. The three-hour show will begin at 10am every day and hope to appeal to the 3 million listeners that TalkSport currently boast.

Keys has called it the "start of something new and very exciting for Andy and myself" while Gray has termed it a "wonderful opportunity" for the pair. One thing's for sure, their "banter" will be on a very close watch from the outset. Vote in our homepage poll to let us know your thoughts.

The TalkSport programme director Moz Dee believes that recent events have "changed them" but only time will tell...
