Penalties can be hugely nerve-shredding experiences for those watching and those taking part. It's therefore understandable for players to crack under the pressure and maybe deliver a slightly off-target attempt.
It's somewhat less understandable and more unforgivable to offer up a fumbling, confused freak-out shown in the video below. Plus, the player in question gets given a yellow card right after. Probably for outright stupidity.
Okay, so we feel a bit sorry for him. Just keep that piece of information to yourself.
