Smiling and celebrating before you have won is a surefire way to tempt fate. Unless, of course, you are Usain Bolt.
Milliseconds before earning himself a spot in the 100m final (which he predictably went on to smash), the fastest human being ever to walk the earth turned during his semi-final race and smiled for the cameras, making the event look like a Sunday jog.
Having seen that he had left the field for dust, Bolt glanced in the direction of the media pit and let out a grin every bit as megawatt-bright as the bulbs flashing back at him.
