For this monstrous creation you can thank Joe Castro. Head chef at LA’s Quest Nutrition, he's taken the rare venture of writing about a foodstuff that’s rather unhealthy for a change.
Handily, he even listed the recipe online, saving you the trouble of booking a long haul flight to California for this twin-topped speedball of sugar.
However, Castro being Castro, he did his best to make it as healthy as possible, surgically removing half the calories, carb and fat “without altering the flavour”. Could it be?
Well, the proof - as they say - is in the pudding on top of the pudding.
