Still unsure about getting a smartwatch? The Wove might be about to make up your mind for you.
Rather than have you attempt to read your emails or text messages on less than two-inches of screen, the Wove band wraps a flexible multi-touch band around your wrist, allowing you to interact with your smartphone apps on its e-ink screen.
Much like a smartwatch, the Wove connects with your smartphone via Bluetooth, broadcasting notifications and updates onto its large, wrap-around screen. The Wove can also be removed to double up as an ambient display.
There's no heart-rate tracking or voice control like many other wearables: Wove leads on having far more screen real estate than any other device currently available. When you receive a text message notification, rather than tapping to open it, you simply rotate your hand to read the full message - displayed under your wrist.
There's also a massive array of customisable displays, with designs that add a bit more life than simply changing the dials of a watch face.
Set to go on sale in mid-2016, with a final price yet to be announced, you can register your interest in the Wove here.
