After scouring the country for the UK's best burger, we felt as if we knew a fair amount on the subject of what should accompany a patty and a bun. But, in order to create a burger of our own, we needed help.
First, we recruited the meat legends at Honest Burgers and second, we asked you to send in your ideas on what a dream burger might taste like.
You entered in your hundreds and after some heavy, drool-inflected debate, we have ourselves a winner, who will see their burger become a special at all four Honest Burgers venues in London.
His name is Hadrian Thomas, pictured below, and his genius Mexican-themed burger contains the following:
Beef patty
Monterey Jack cheese
Chorizo and spring onion rosti
Adobo sauce
Lime & coriander mayonnaise
Beef tomato
Lettuce
