We all knows Rick Owens is as crazy as a box of trendy frogs when it comes to designing, but his new collection for adidas is next level.
The high fashion designer has unveiled his new AW16 footwear for the sports brand, featuring the previously released Mastodon silhouette in a new Pro style, now with a two tone luxe leather upper and shell toe of the OG model.
But it's the almost thigh high kinky boots that steal the show. The Mastodon Stretch Boot takes Rick Owen's interpretation of the Promodel cupsole and shell toe and combines it with the his signature stretch boot upper, which features a premium stretch nappa leather upper with a subtle nod to the classic Promodel in its stitch lines.
