Never heard of him, tbh.

Supreme channels somebody called Barack Obama in new collection
15 February 2017

Supreme, a streetwear brand even your mum is into now, have a new collection – which drops tomorrow – and its influences are eclectic to say the least. Channeling some Carl Fogarty with a blue and green leather racer jacket, Trump voter with a jade ammo vest, and that bit in Goodfellas where Henry Hill is at the health club with a long-sleeve navy knitted polo shirt, obviously the standout piece is a nineties-as-fuck tracksuit adorned with dearly departed President Barack Hussein Obama. There’s also an incredibly nice salmon pink cagoule, but we couldn’t lead with that because it’s simply not as SEO-friendly.

You’re unlikely to be able to cop any yourself, of course, seeing as children with hedge fund manager daddies dressed in thousands of pounds worth of charity shop clothes and nerds with shop-bots will snaffle all these up like hypebeast truffle pigs in literally no time at all. Still, it’s nice to dream, innit?

Available on 16 February at Supreme, 2-3 Peter St, Soho, London W1F 0AA and on 23 February at supremenewyork.com.
