A quick search of the word 'Jubilee' in our email inbox brings back 327 separate press releases. To say the Queen's 60th year in rule has been seized upon by all and sundry is an understatement. But the cheeky twerps at Marmite keep winning us over with the bandwagon jumping ways, and this offering is top of the pops.
Last time they got in touch they sent us this brilliant jar of ma'amite dressed in full regalia.
Now they've set up the Marmite afternoon tea...
Available for a fortnight – Monday 28th May to Sunday 10th June at The Botanist, Sloane Square, London – it's a snip (!!!) at £18 per person. It consists of Marmite and assorted finger sandwiches, homemade cheddar, chive and Marmite scones, Marmite and cheese straws and a selection of afternoon sweets and cakes including, get this, chocolate cake with Marmite caramel buttercream, black velvet cupcakes and Marmite and peanut butter brownies. Oh and a Pot of Jing Tea.
