Pharrell Williams has done some cracking trainers for adidas, giving their classic style a new lease of life with statement colour boosts. But his new adidas Originals = PHARRELL WILLIAMS Hu NMD are a little… different.
Looking more like a banana than an actual shoe, the ‘Hu’ in the name represents Human Being, Human Race, Human Kind and Human Species. The unique trainers feature a yellow upper Primeknit with a split graphic, which sits alongside the white Boost midsole.
The latest creation from the ‘Happy’ singer also boasts a new lacing system which will give the wearer more support and comfort, the cause for the footwear’s interesting shape.
adidas Originals = PHARRELL WILLIAMS Hu NMD will be released 22 July at a limited number of retailers including Billionare Boys Club stores and will hit adidas Originals stockists 25 August.
