Incredible Basketball Own Goal

We can safely say that we've never seen this before in basketball, but James Young of college team Kentucky Wildcats managed to net a sensational score in his own hoop in a match against Montevallo.

Even his notoriously hard-talking coach John Calipari apparently saw the funny side of the incident: the school's website quoted him as saying that the play "made me laugh. I thought he made a 3 (pointer) out there."
