With 262 museums, we’re spoiled for choice in London when it comes to getting a hit of culture

But a full day of trekking between exhibitions in some of the bigger buildings can feel like the equivalent of walking to Southend.

Cycling through them though, is a different matter.

The London Science Museum is teaming up with Santander Cycles for two nights in August to offer guided cycling tours through the museum.

It’s basically Night At The Museum on wheels. And there’s something particularly thrilling about cycling inside a place where you’re not supposed to touch anything. Just don't try and pull any wheelies near the expensive bits...

Tours take place on August 12 – 14. Tickets are allocated via a prize draw which closes on August 4.
