How to clean leather

Lay your garment flat on newspaper, take a clean cloth and dampen it with warm water. Add a small amount of hand soap and bring it to a lather. Gently apply the cloth to the leather in a circular motion. Remove surface dampness with another clean cloth until the leather feels almost dry. Hang your garment in a dry, airy space. Once dry, apply the spray cleaner as per the maker’s instructions. Derek Harris, owner of Lewis Leathers
