For the first (and probably only) time, we're about to recommend something with frills on it.
These are the Y’s, the result of a collaboration between Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto and the classic adidas Originals Stan Smith.
Following in the footsteps of a previous union for the Y's Super, the Y's are a premium reworking of the Stan Smith: a suede upper in black and grey sees the adidas stripes woven into the fabric with trailing white threads.
Stylish, different and bound to be incredibly annoying in a crowded bar, the Y's are available 15 March.
