So this is Christmas - and what have you done? Probably a hell of a lot of idly flicking through your Facebook feed if you're anything like us.
As 2015 draws to a close, the good folks at Facebook have put together their annual Year in Review, a two minute clip which reveals the major events and topics that everyone was wittering on about on the social media giant - we presume baby photos, cat videos and pictures of food had to be ignored.
They've also compiled Year in Review top 10 lists, created by measuring how frequently a topic was mentioned in Facebook posts made between January 1 and December 1 - the overall top 10 is below, and you can view individual ones such as the year's top films, TV shows, entertainers, athletes, places, games and more by visiting yearinreview.fb.com.
1. US Presidential Election
2. November 13 Attacks in Paris
3. Syrian Civil War & Refugee Crisis
4. Nepal Earthquakes

Frankly we can't believe Phil Collins' comeback announcement isn't in there, but there's no accounting for taste.
