Yippee Ki Yay - or should that be Dippy (in batter) Ki Yay?
London is to host what we believe to be the world's first deep fried-only restaurant in the form of #FryHard, which has already revealed some of the appetising/stomach-churning delights it's set to host.
Creme eggs, pizzas, cheese strings and gherkins are all confirmed by chef Jim Thomlinson. There's also the 'Fully Fried Easter' - a whole fried lamb joint, roast potatoes, carrots and sprouts - which serves six people. For dessert, there's deep fried battenberg cake, mini eggs, cherry bakewell tarts and the incredible 'diabetic mountain', which you can see below in all its manifest glory.
The pop-up will be open over the Easter weekend of 2 April through to 5 April at Boxpark in - where else - Shoreditch. Click here to see the Facebook event and to make your own suggestions.
We can't think of a batter way to spend Easter.
