BBQ crisp thieves terrorise Canada

Now there's a slow news day and then there's this.

Over in Canada, a woman called police after a break-in but when they arrived, the only thing that was missing was a bag of barbecue flavoured crisps. This wasn't some normal snack though. Sgt. Dean Jantzen claimed they were "very specific and hard to obtain barbecue chips" and although he hasn't tried them, he understands they are "quite tasty." Yes, these are actual quotes.

A manhunt then ensued which led to two drunk female students who were charged with breaking and entering. "It appears the effervescent chips seen shimmering in the moonlight were too yummy to pass up when you have the munchies," Jantzen bizarrely said.
