An instant hit when first introduced in 1990, the ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III has gone on to stay a favourite ever since with its super triple-density sole and unique split tongue, and now the Japanese brand have teamed up with quintessential American favourites J. Crew to create four exclusive new colourways inspired by classic men’s dress shoes made by Packer in the 1907 collection.
The four limited-edition GEL-LYTE III from the threesome collab takes each focus on premium materials: the cordovan hide of the Oxblood Leather shoe, the White Buck, luxe white leather on the White Buck, cool blue suede on the Navy Buck, and the ever-populated charcoal suede on the, uh, Charcoal Suede.
Combining old-school styling with technical athletic design, the shoes might feature some bold flourishes but are also perfect for dressing up or down, with the muted Charcoal Grey our particular favourite.
The collection will be available from 30 September and will be available at jcrew.com, packershoes.com, and select J.Crew stores.
