In the immortal words of Murray Walker: "IT'S GO! GO! GO! AT MONACO!"
Czech artist Tom Havlasek has created these stunning paintings of retro racing cars, depicting everything from Ayrton Senna's classic red and white McLaren to Nicki Lauder's legendary Ferrari.
Havlasek's portraits in acrylic paint capture the speed and energy of racing's halcyon days. In fact, they're so evocative we can almost hear the roar of the engines and the strangulated shriekings of Murray Walker in the commentary box. Luckily, though, we can't actually hear either of those thing. This is an office, not a race track. People are trying to work.
Anyway, you can see more of Havlasek's awesome work on his Facebook page.
