Uniqlo's windproof jeans

066786-67windproof.jpg

As we appear to be entering a new ice age, a search for the warmest non-fur clothes can turn into a desperate hunt.

Without wanting to dress like an Eskimo, keeping nice and cosy while out and about is of prime importance. Luckily this season, those smart guys over at Uniqlo have brought out 'Warm Jeans' which manage to keep you insulated but still looking stylish

The jeans have three layers which keep out the wind and retain body heat. It's the middle layer, made from windproof and breathable film, that does the magic apparently and Uniqlo have even carried out scientific tests to see whether it all works. It does, by the way.

You can check out the Uniqlo website to try them for yourself.
