"What the fudge is temaki?" we hear you cry. They're hand-held sushi cones dear friend, and although a traditional humble Japanese food, temaki are popular in Brazil where the concept of temakerias make them a food hero.

Brilliantly the idea has hit the UK at Yoobi in Soho, London. We can vouch for their taste, with the spicy tuna being incredible and the miso soup being the best we'eve ever tasted (and it's all very affordable for once). Plus you can make them and home. here's how:
