The return of Doctor Who might still be a few months away, but our excitement levels have just been ratcheted up a few notches (we’re now set to stun) with the release of this official teaser trailer.

Featuring the Time Lord and his trusted companions Amy and Rory (in what will be their final and emotional series), much of the footage takes place in the Wild West (cool), with additional material on some snow-covered mountains (even cooler – literally).

There also appears to be some Steam Punk cowboy, and a possible Dalek involved. Yep, we’re giddy. Giddy, giddy, giddy.
