To employ common web shorthand: TL;DR - Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey sent a Tweet (apt) hinting that his struggling social network platform could soon add a 'utility' to allow people to write Tweets over 140 characters.
Speculation has been rumbling over a change to Twitter's self-imposed 140-character limit for some time, with tech site Re/Code conducting a recent Q&A with Dorsey, in which the CEO stated that he was interested in incorporating "super-sized tweets" of up to 10,000 characters.
However, there's a remarkable lack of details in Dorsey's above Tweet - suggesting that they're 'exploring' several options.
