On one level, it's comforting to know that a company's HR department cares so much that its employees are fit and healthy.
But on another, this is absolutely ridiculous.
YouTuber Thom O'Neill told Twitter about a recent encounter that his brother had after sending an occupational health form to a new employer and unwittingly making a mistake.
