The Transporter series has been arguably the biggest Anglo-French success since the Channel Tunnel.
The three films collectively grossed around $240m and launched lead Jason Statham into the Hollywood big league, as well as giving him plenty of opportunity to indulge in a series of amazing stunts and car chases. Oh, and also take his shirt off a few times.
Telling the story of a man who will transport anything, no questions asked - but yet, things never quite run as smoothly as he hopes (although it wouldn't be much of a trilogy if they did - Royal Mail: The Film has never been commissioned for a reason).
