Picking up on the cheaply made but distractingly addictive snack's theatrical connection, Switzerland-based design students Laurent Beirnaert, Pierre Bouvier and Paul Tubiana of ECAL university have made an intirguingly minimalist popcorn maker.
The 'Oncle Sam' cooks one kernel at a time but in a lovingly complicated way.
