The Commodore 64 Coffee Table Book

There was something magical about the early days of computing that all the 4k graphics and surround sound in the world will never be able to replicate.

In the 1980s, the Commodore 64 stood tall amongst its competitors; so much so that it is still the best-selling single computer model of all time.

And such was its popularity, and enduring status, that Sam Dyer decided to investigate making a book to celebrate it; one wildly successful Kickstarter campaign later and the Commodore 64 Book: A Visual Compendium is now a reality.

Packed full of C64 art and screenshots, and featuring contributions from legends of the time from companies such as Codemasters, Sensible Software, Zzap!64 and The Oliver Twins, it will make the perfect coffee table book - as well as inspiring you to dig the old machine out of the loft for one more game.

You can buy it from funstock.co.uk for £24.99. And if you've lost your original machine, there's always eBay.
