Instagram's latest update lets you group up to 10 photos or videos in a single post

This actually looks like a great new feature

Instagram's latest update lets you group up to 10 photos or videos in a single post

Never again will you have to worry about accidentally posting only the second-best angle of your artisan sandwich to Instagram, because a new update rolling out today allows users to post up to 10 photos at once as a single carousel.

Essentially, it allows you to turn every post into a miniature album, which is handy for events, or when just a single image of the dog wearing aviators could simply never suffice.

From now on, whenever users go to update their feeds they’ll see a multi-image selection button. Click it and Instagram will let you choose up to 10 photos or videos, with either the same filter or individual ones. You can also tweak the order and tag whoever appears in the carousel.

It’s not exactly a revolutionary addition that will change the face of social media as we know it, but it’s another string to Instagram’s bow. Now go forward and unleash those selfies.
