Exclusive new Borderlands 3 trailer shows the team Happy Together

It may not arrive until September, but the excitement for Borderlands 3 is ramping up - especially after that E3 trailer. And, as this new trailer shows, the game is going to be a whole lot of fun.

Now, don't go watching the following expecting an explainer of where we are with the Borderlands franchise.

This trailer is very much in the spirit of the Borderlands 2's The Lion Sleeps Tonight promo, with tongue firmly in cheek.

Here we have an explosion of colours and, well, explosions, all put to a backdrop of dancing and mayhem. Think Guardians of the Galaxy meets those brilliant dance scenes in the Marvel show Legion.

The tune of choice for this one is The Turtle's Happy Together, which is a little ironic given everyone is beating the proverbial out of each other.
