The residents of Brampton in Cumbria were baffled as to who was causing slow punctures in a number of local cars. That is until someone set up a CCTV camera and caught the culprit red-handed. Or red-pawed. Jess, the guilty dog, has been apprehended and is now serving a life sentence in Wormwood Scrubs*.
Jess has been blamed for vandalising around 12 cars.
