David Cameron Just Made A Sex Joke And It Made Everyone Feel Dirty

David Cameron: posh boy, Prime Minister, alleged pig fiddler. He's a man of many things and indeed, our perception of him has really been stretched over the last few weeks but this takes the biscuit.

The leader of this country you see, during an official speech, made a sex joke. A sex joke.

An attempt at humour that revolved around the idea of him having a rutting good time with his wife Samantha. A mental image that falls just behind imagining your parents hopping on the bad foot and doing the rude thing in terms of cringe potential.

The PM's attempt at blue humour came during a speech at today's Conservative Party conference, while discussing a book called The Joy Of Tax written by economist Richard Murphy. Apparently spotting the similarity between the economy book's title and cult swinging sixities sex manual The Joy Of Sex (which we'll admit isn't actually that obvious), he said:

His book is actually called The Joy of Tax. I've got it. I took it home to show Samantha. It's got 64 positions - and none of them work.

Cue a weird mental montage that's a cross between the hallucination scenes in Jacob's Ladder and an awful seventies porno that appears every time you close your eyes. Every damn time.

Thanks Dave, thanks a lot.
