Holy YouTube Batman! There's a dastardly new trailer for Batman: Arkham Origins's joyous multiplayer mode!
A first for the hugely successful Arkham series, Origins offers players a variety of multiplayer game modes - for when sneaking around thumping baddies to progress in a storyline loses its thrill.
This trailer shows off the 'Invisible Predator' game mode, in which players face off in three teams: The Joker's henchmen (villain plus two thugs), Bane's crew (again, villain plus two thugs) and caped crusaders Batman and Robin.
While the nasties' aim is to compete for turf by hacking and defending terminals, Batman and the person unfortunate enough not to be playing Batman must take down as many villains as possible to increase their intimidation level. If the heroes are successful in their attempt to intimidate before the time is up, they win. Otherwise, it's the villains with the most turf.
Pass us the Batphone, we need to book the week of October 25 off work.
Batman: Arkham Origins is released on October 25
