Sometimes, when you're feeling particularly low, the greatest cure is someone telling you they know exactly what you're feeling. And actually mean it.
But when your problems are highly specific, this isn't so easy. Just ask those poor fictional characters.
Hoping to bridge the gap between various worlds, the infinitely talented Chris Gerringer has created a set of illustrations which bring together characters who suffer from the same afflictions, in an attempt to make it all a bit better.
From Pac-Man and a Hungry Hippo bonding over their troubling addiction to dots to Link and Peter Pan sharing the pain of having an overbearing fairy on their back the whole damn time.
You can see more of Chris's excellent humanitarian work here.
