You're going to wish this Mario Kart + Star Wars game was real

A year.

That's how long the team of Dark Pixel has been working this amazing video game fantasy mash up.

Star Kart splices together the high-speed world of Mario Kart and the deep space antics of Star Wars in a game we're not going to see any time soon.

From the mix of sound effects to the choice of character-to-vehicle, every frame of this animation hints at the fandom of its creators.
