Neat Star Wars Flat Icons

These aren't the desktop icons you've been looking for. No, wait, they totally are.

These marvellous flat design caricatures are the work of Portuguese copywriter (yep, he's not even a graphic designer) and long-time Star Wars aficionado Filipe Carvalho.

As a story teller by trade, Carvalho was interested in exploring the popular saga in a visual format. Having discovered the ease with which he could create flat design and long shadow works (we're pretty sure we couldn't do it), he was delighted to find that no one had made a series of icons for Star Wars.

We're going to spend the rest of the day deliberating if our My Computer icon should be R2-D2 or C3PO. Head over to Carvalho's Behance page to see his other creative projects.
