Coca Cola's Christmas bottle is genius

You know what this festive period is missing? Carbonated soft drinks in formalwear.

Already the brains behind Santa’s getup and the only 18-wheeler synonymous with snow outside of Ice Road Truckers, Coca-Cola has managed to top even all that this holiday season, releasing a special edition of the 500ml bottle which turns the label into a snazzy bow-tie.

Yes, a proper one, smartly emerging once the tag is peeled off and the remaining material pulled through to create a ruffle effect. Or a ribbon, depending how tightly you pull it.

We’re not sure how many months were spent figuring out this label hack but it was clearly time well spent. Even if they missed a trick for a Spectre promotion.

Holidays are coming, just a little more elegantly than usual.
