North Korea's Kim Jong-Un 'Is a Fan of Radio 1'

Well, we suppose an all-powerful dictator has got to kick back and spend his spare time doing something.

It seems that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is a fan of Radio 1, after statistics revealed that one person in the country has been repeatedly watching its YouTube channel.

Sources say that it is highly likely that the lone fan is Jong-un, as no one else in the country is allowed to access foreign media. He is apparently watching with 'increasing regularity', likes Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift (don't we all) and is a particular fan of the Emma Watson interview conducted by Nick Grimshaw.

One source said to the Express that "The viewer can only be dictator Kim Jong-un." He has previously been photographed with a smartphone whilst chairing a meeting - perhaps it was a bit boring and he decided to check out who was on Greg James' Rage Against The Answer Machine that day.

He is known to be a fan of Western pop culture, as well as loving Jackie Chan films, but we would not have had him down as a Grimmy fan, we'll be honest.

Swifty, though, makes sense. Perhaps he likes this song for its South Korea references.
