Before babies start to do things like talk or clean up for you, it's quite tough to work out what their purpose is.

We think Emily Cleaver might have worked it out.

The British writer has spent the past few months putting her son Arthur to work in a series of pretty fantastic photos. In each image, Arthur aims to recreate a scene from a classic movie.

Even though Arthur isn't old enough to actually watch any of the films he's lampooning, we still think he knows exactly what he's doing. He's nailed Rambo.

In case you were wondering about the pictures above:

1. The Blair Witch Project

2. First Blood: Rambo

3. The Godfather

4. Jaws

5. Alien

12 Angry Men

Close Encounters Of The Third Kind

American Beauty

The Shining

Rear Window

The Seventh Seal

The Shawshank Redemption
