Before Tinder there was Minority Report.

Swipe left. Swipe right. Swipe right again – Steven Spielberg’s 2002 sci-fi actioner starring Tom Cruise made us all sit up and pine for a future where we could use our computers and access data with nothing but a flick of the wrist and a neat headset.

And by the looks of a new teaser for the upcoming TV show - also loosely based on the Philip K. Dick story of the same name - we can expect a similar smattering of high-concept technology embedded throughout the show. It is 2065 after all.

Set in Washington DC, 10 years after the demise of Precrime – the law agency who used psychics known as Precogs to identify and take out perps before their crimes were committed - these Precogs go on the run and will need every ounce of their abilities to stay alive.

Watch the new teaser below.
