The full Transcendence trailer lands

transcendence.png

Earlier this week, we were given two teasers for the upcoming sci-fi thriller Transcendence which left us wanting much much more.

The gods, or rather Warner Bros, heard our prayers and the full trailer has landed, giving us a much more in-depth look at one of next year's most anticipated films.

The film stars Johnny Depp as a man obsessed with the possibilities of artificial intelligence. After tragedy strikes, his partner, played by Rebecca Hall, discovers that the only way to save him is to turn him into the very thing he was trying to create: a sentient machine.

It also stars Morgan Freeman and Paul Bettany and if you're getting an Inception vibe then that's probably because it's directed by Wally Pfister, the cinematographer behind most of Christopher Nolan's output.

Transcendence hits cinemas April 18, 2014
