The first full trailer for David Brent: Life on the Road is here

Did someone call for a chilled out entertainer?

Here comes the first feature length trailer for David Brent: Life On The Road, charting the trials and tribulations faced by Ricky Gervais's titular hero as he heads out in search of musical fame. And boy does it look good, reminding us why we all hold The Office so dearly in our hearts.

Written, directed and, of course, starring the great man, the trailer comes as it's been announced that the film will be distributed in the US by Netflix: another major deal between Gervais and the streaming titans following Special Correspondents, which you can still catch on the service.

Roll on 19 August, when Brent hits the Freelove Freeway along with some drab service stations.
